Pros

The advisors and agency leadership that I've worked with have been amazing. I will miss interacting with them and watching them grow their practices.

Cons

-The internal role is very similar work to the director role, with much less pay. - There isn't a clear career path to strive for in this role, no matter how hard you work and what impact you have on your region. - Leadership does not care about the team under them. When a suggestion of how to make things better is shared with leadership, we are told it's not a priority. - Leadership's measurement of success focused on only a few people in each region versus success of the region as a whole. -When direct leadership is asked for guidance, the request is side stepped. There is no relevant coaching to help us improve performance. There are only general cliché platitudes given. - Upper leadership doesn't interact with the team on a one on one regular basis. I've spoken to the head of the department very few times over my entire career at the company. -Remote workers are very isolated from the rest of the company. There are happy hours, coffee chats, ice cream events, and other opportunities to engage with upper company leadership for those local to headquarters. Furthermore, I have not met any of my leadership in person while at the company. -I have not felt like a valued contributor in this organization in for some time.

Pros

Great programs for experience in fortune 100.

Cons

Cared more about building a program to attract interns than future employees.

Pros

• Decent benefits • Some good individual contributors and colleagues.

Cons

• Extremely high workload — regularly expected to work 60-80+ hours per week • Constant scope changes with unrealistic expectations and impossible deadlines • Upper management was disconnected and showed little concern for employee well-being • Highly political environment where internal politics often outweighed actual performance • Mass layoffs that eliminated roughly half the engineering team, followed by offshoring many roles to India — even after many of us had dedicated 4+ years to the company • Extremely stressful and unsustainable culture leading to widespread burnout
