Employees genuinely care about their work and take pride in it, and respect the mission Mass Insight attempts to emulate.

Lacks clear leadership and direction. Lacks clearly defined roles; difficult for employees to get support or do their jobs with confidence. No appreciation from upper management for hard work. Employees irrationally micromanaged. They weren't made to feel comfortable in voicing concerns, and therefore felt unsupported. Favorites clearly played as long as you sucked up to management. All of this made it difficult for employees to perform consistently, and high turnover was the result.
