It has been in business since 1993, so it is a well established company. It is family owned and growing, so there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

There appears to be a strong tendency towards favoritism, particularly when it involves family members, which raises concerns about nepotism. Unfortunately, this has resulted in others feeling undervalued and treated unfairly in comparison. The organization has unfortunately lost several valuable employees, which seems to be a result of prioritizing LESS QUALIFIED family members over others. This has had a negative impact on morale and retention.
