Pros
Teachers will receive everything they need in order to teach, including supplies. There is no bureaucracy at this school. The Administration is very small, and they do not waste your time. Meetings are short and to the point. Every minute matters at this school and that means every minute for the teachers to teach and for the students to learn. If a teacher needs help, they will be supported. Every administrator at this school has taught at this school. Many of the faculty and administrators have been here from the beginning, so they know what teachers are going through, and they also know where they want us to go with the curriculum. Having said that there is surprisingly no micromanagement. The classical environment is also a huge plus. There are no distractions from phones or laptops. Students are expected to pay attention, and there is zero tolerance for students having devices.
Cons
Teaching, in general, is not an easy job, and it does not pay enough, but this is a national problem.
