Working at Mashcole property management has been a great experience all the staff of friendly and helps each other out.

During the time the only downside was working with some hard to deal clients

I actually feel like a part of a team here. The owner and president of the company are very involved with the day-to-day operations and the heads of the individual departments work extremely hard in their roles. Everyone’s work actually feels meaningful to the overall production of the company. The office is calm and has no drama. Co-workers come from many different backgrounds and are extremely pleasant to work with. Good work life balance too.

Fast paced. Some people may or may not like this. There’s always something that needs to get done. I think it helps the day go by faster.
