They sell high-quality clothes that if you personally are into, is fun to sell and wear Fast paced environment, again your MMV depending on your work style but I enjoyed it and my coworkers were great Bonuses and OT were great, with targets consistently being hit
Cons
Schedule can be brutal, especially with the commutes in the larger cities. Often 12 hour days between work/commute with no dedicated break times. A lot of times, you might not get to take lunch until an hour or two before close Management can be clique-y and choose favorites. Luckily I was one for the time I was there, but it was discouraging to see how some of my co-workers who had been there for YEARS were treated and talked about TO ME. It felt gross, but I chose to tell my co-workers when this happened and it made them feel even more jaded and unappreciated than they did before. Pay is wildly inconsistent. I was making $10 more an hour than other recent hires, but hey, I had great experience and some of them had none. But I was also making more than some employees who had been there for a decade plus. The clothing allowance was barely enough to scrape together outfits for the entire week, since everything was sold to employees at retail and then TAXED as a bonus quarterly. Not transparent about that at all and I got hit with a huge bill after my first 4 months there unexpectedly Seemingly not much room for growth as they tend to sour on long-time employees and prefer to hire from outside for larger roles when they open up Turnover was very high They take things very personally, hold grudges
