Good product and clientele, but favoritism issues - Sales Associate Mashburn Employee Review

A wonderful work environment all around. Leadership is available and supportive and most people there seem to genuinely be happy to be there. Extremely efficiently run and they make some pretty cool products too! The kind of place you get excited about going to each morning!

Sometimes long hours which is to be expected in the industry though

Some of the people who work here are wonderful. Not much more.

A lot of employees have very little work to do when other departments are overworked with no support. Leadership is a mess, and the wrong people are in the wrong seats. They don't value lower-level employees and are constantly burdened with massive workloads. Most of the managers have zero idea what the processes are and reply on the entry level associates to show them how to do things. There's also zero reward for hard work for lower-level employees. Managers get all of the credit when they are truly no help most of the time.
