Pros
Although growing quickly, Masergy is still much like a family, where senior execs mingle with all levels of staff and where everyone is super friendly and passionate about the company, its mindset, its products and its attitude and commitment to its customers. Working conditions are great. Am based in the London office, where we have decent coffee on tap as well as lots of fruit and snacks, plus a clean, modern working environment within easy reach of tubes, trains and lots of businesses in the City that need our services Been the HQ in Plano a few times, which is different of course, with its American culture, but that's a refreshing thing and they're just as passionate about providing a comfortable, relaxed and friendly workplace as London. And everyone is so welcoming and friendly I can't knock it!
Cons
The only small issue, as with all International companies that on different sides of the Atlantics, is time zones. You just have to adjust a little to make it work, and be flexible with your working hours. Masergy are really great at letting you take charge of your own diary and trusts its staff to manage themselves the right way, as long as the results are there. Very mature and welcoming
