Pros
There are very few reasons why you would want to work at Mascon. Its a small unit, especially in the US, so it is a close knit community. There are some that do try hard. This company is alive because of small group of very talented and hard-working individuals.
Cons
Many . You may not get paid for months. You may find your 401k contributions weren't being sent to the 401k provider. You may find promised bonuses getting lost. You may find promised options disappear. I hear the company is a lot more financially secure now, but I would be very reluctant to try them ever again.
