      Pros

      Good benefits, ability to make a lot of money

      Cons

      Exhausting, unsafe working conditions for nurses. Even after trying to bring it to the attention of those higher up, I was told that it was just how it was and it wasn't going to change anytime soon.

      Pros

      Started off a good experience but most people I know quit within short period of time since CNO started. I like to find more pros but can’t :(

      Cons

      Micromanagement, nurse managers very unsupportive of their floors (especially when understaffed), toxic communication between staff and some house SUP. CNO comes to the floors to micromanage and doesn’t listen to valid safety concerns. Seeing what I have, I would never be a patient here.
