Pros
Work from home - not because of a company policy but due to inadequate facilities in the shared workspace where the internet drops out every hour. Only other positive I can think of is that it is a question of time before a client sues the company and puts an end to this charade.
Cons
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me thrice, shame on us all. Zero integrity amongst the leadership team. Everyone turns a blind eye to the blatant violation of policies and agreements signed. CEO’s only intent is to bill clients on half baked delivery on statements of work which are as clear as mud. HR is particularly gifted: 120 decibel shrieking and non-stop wailing threatening legal action with z.e.r.o understanding of circumstances.
