Pros
Competitive work place and interesting technologies to work on. Good cafeteria. Management in my group is accomodating of personal needs and time-off.
Cons
Very short sighted execution. Always in a fire-fighting mode with absolutely no foresight. Senior managements do not treat the employees with respect. CEO is extremely difficult person to work with with lot of ego. The "yesman" culture propogated through the ranks have absolutely destroyed critical and independent thinking amongst employees. This is a company which strives to be next big thing but poised for a crash and burn.
