Cons
(many of these problems are common to the high-tech industry in general) "Process" seems to be a dirty word at Marvell--reinvention is preferred Revolving door in many upper mgmt positions Management by politics and relationships is common; promotion in some (many?) teams seems to depend on ethnic similarity with immediate manager Too many great engineers with lousy people skills promoted to management positions Exec Mgmt team and Board reap financial benefits on the backs of employees (shorter option vesting periods) Micromanagement at the highest levels (does the CEO really need to review every resume and offer?) Believe too much the spin in their own press releases
