Dedicated workforce, excellent benefits, global company

Due to takeover by KLM, Martinair has reduced significantly and will continue to do so. There will be some opportunity for some to move to KLM but many have been let go and reductions will continue.

Very nice atmosphere between al employees made my time at Martinair very joyful. Salaries are very decent and include benefits such as cheap flight tickets.

Because of financial reasons the company will most likely fully cease to exist within the next 5-8 years.
