Co-workers within the Department very friendly, caring and supportive. Although overworked due to lack of staffing, they are very cooperative and willing to assist in any way possible.
Cons
Accessibility to tools needed for position were hard to obtain. Could take several months before a simple request was granted. Worked with outdated software which needed to be updated thus did not support web based programs in use. ITS Department not very knowledgeable in regards to data retrieval as well as functionality of the ITS Department.
