Pros
The company truly cares about their employees. Its not always the greatest job but its very reassuring to know that you have the support of everyone above you. There is a lot of advancement if you are willing to relocate.
Cons
Work life balance can be a negative at times. For hourly employees there are times that everyone has to work extra hours and days and many holidays. For salaried employees its much the same without any added compensation. Majority of the time one does not have the opportunity to take all vacation or leave days. Plus one is never truly off. Monitoring your cell phone and emails is a 24/7 responsiblity. The pay scle is quite low also. Most companis pay much better than MB.
