The environment is fast paced but the staff are VERY supportive of each other. Everyone wants you to succeed. This is a very inclusive, diverse, and talented team. It has a very straightforward ethos. Hard work never goes unnoticed here-ever. A lot of firms keep new paralegals and attorneys at the bottom of the work chain, and give nothing but grunt work-not this firm. Everyone, from admin staff, paralegals and attorneys are given a fair chance at the big time. If you have a good work ethic and positive attitude here, you will go FAR. Management has an open-door policy. If you want to get to know the depths of litigation as a paralegal or get in on the action of trial as an attorney, this is the best place for you to be.
