1. The WORST leadership. Regularly deal out profanities. People break down crying multiple times 2. Poor work culture, you just have to do what the founders asks you to do without any questions 3. Very high attrition rate and poor team management 4. Pressure of VCs directly visible on the leadership, worst part, they are unable to handle the pressure which reflects directly on the employees 5. 24x7 connected requirement. CEO doesn't know how to work on Slack, keeps pinging on Whatsapp even after 12 in the night, since he works only in the night. Can't find him in the office more than 10% of the time. 6. Don't even pay market rate salaries, even after funding. And salary doesn't come on time more than 50% of the time. And then expect everyone to work overtime everyday.
