Long working day - 10 hours - You're supposed to get an hour's lunch break but life at a dealership doesn't work that way, if you leave for an hour, the workload gets put on your colleagues and vice versa if they went away for an hour. Beyond 5 o'clock the dealership is dead, it's absolutely pointless staying open until 6pm. Lead by management at the top level that don't have a clue how two thirds of a dealership operate. If you hire people that only have a background in sales or looking at numbers, that's all they'll ever focus on. I'm yet to see a member of high level management known how aftersales works and constalation scratch their heads and question why we've had 3 company directors in the same amount of years.
