Good salary, although slightly less than Oliver Wyman. However, Oliver Wyman EA is a bigger and more difficult job. Friendly team atmosphere. Everyone works hard and is very client-focused. Client Executive/Director level and Producers travel a lot,
Cons
They drastically reduced their executive assistant staff (me) by sending basic clerical job functions nearshore (Mexico City and Bogota). EAs to the zone leaders and c-level were not affected. US EA positions were reduced to 17 total, with different titles and responsibilities.
