      Dependent on team -work is fairly manageable , work life balance exists, good benefits

      Cons

      Austin management is underqualified -general lack of communication with teams, inexperienced leadership and are mostly unaware of daily tasks by specialty teams; low stagnant pay in comparison to competitors, shortage of real growth opportunities -current department is experiencing high attrition as a result
