      Pros

      I support all business segments across the US and Canada and i love how across the board, all associates i've encountered lives within the 5 Principles and has pride for the company and the brands. My line manager is supportive and allows me the freedom to be myself and share my opinions. Plus, its a great work life balance.

      Free candy- i need to keep up on my gym routine.

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
