Structure and resources available for career planning and development, responsibility placed on individual associates. Laidback, informal culture makes it easier to collaborate across different job levels and functions. Freedom to take risks and explore new ways of working.

Cons

People move too often. Lack of follow-through on tracking and documentation. Difficult to manage competing priorities from different functions. Experience can very significantly based on your direct line manager.
