      Pros

      Good benefits, pay and solid business fundamentals. The company understands the company and tries to do what is right for both customer and company. A true focus on the consumer.

      Cons

      I believe there is good senior level management, but sometimes they become too internally focused and politics among mid level management may become a little tiresome.
