Pros
Good pay, advancement from within, call center hours only open until 7pm MST Mon-Fri and 3pm MST Sat and Sun, friendly staff and management, flexible attendance policy, work from home opportunities, excellent benefits(Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO, Life Insurance, etc...) Felt like home everyday at work!
Cons
Computer systems would go down often so like not having the tools to do the job well. Deadlines to adhere to so calls coming on one after another at times. Having to leave the job and relocating to Vegas.
