      Still some excellent middle management holding on

      Cons

      Poor pay against competitors, no commission structure for aftersales, no staff parking, "revolving door" - most experienced staff have now left taking valuable experience with them.

      Pleasant staff who try very hard

      Low moral, move the goal posts every time you question bonus/commission, poor work/life balance, incompetent leadership from CEO downwards
