There are some nice people here.
HR is a very comfortable person to talk to.
Employee engagement activities are good.

High turn over rate. People are treated like machines here.
Poor upper management.
They make the transition difficult when you want to leave.

Project management is not good.
Strict and difficult to follow rules.
Hiring and firing policy. No matter how good you are. Here you can get fired for not being a pet.
Don’t believe all the reviews here. They’re mostly madeup. Go else where if you want to work for good people.
Hire and Fire culture, don't value employees.
They didn't allow to take leaves and then didn't give leave encashment in FnF. Worst culture, please don't join
