Interesting platform with strong deal flow, competent team with generally fair and approachable senior management, starting to institutionalise (HR-function inbound) which will hopefully improve (an already decent) culture, good monetary compensation (typically bonuses are c. 100% basic salary), merit-based promotions, decent exits to M&A, Lev Fin, PC and PE amongst juniors

Industry standard - Demanding work hours (consistently 65-75hrs over a 5-day week (with a couple of additional hours in the weekend), a lot of process work, unnecessarily tight internal deadlines to show face internally and with clients
