Pros
Decent pay, started with good benefits but they took them away, flexible schedule, mostly really good and very smart people
Cons
Leadership was awful, the direction of the company changed every two weeks usually contradicting what it was before, no training, no follow through, chasing strategic enterprise deals when the software is better suited for mid-market, lots of egregious HR issues, and leaders shifting the blame of poor performance on whoever they liked the least that day. Truly unfortunate, it had amazing potential.
