Pros
When I started I worked answering the phones after school and on weekends, but it wasn’t what I wanted to do. I took a chance and then started working for collections and renewals (barely a department at that time) which I soon outgrown with hopes of getting married and wanting more from life. Since I did not attend college (didn’t know what I wanted to do) I sat down with the CEO and discussed advancement. Thinking I was young (19) and didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life I assumed marketing or property management, but they gave me a chance at sales instead. This opportunity has not only made me and my family comfortable, but taught me things school never could have. This place gives you the tools, and chances, to grow .... as long as you want it. Sales people dont need to pay for their own leads as they are provided, leasing agents don’t need to physically show homes because a company is hired to do so, property management doesn’t need to call owners for work that often because it is automatically sent, etc. Many complain that it may be hard, but for this industry I can’t think of a better company that takes care of their own.
Cons
not Enough to put online
