Pros

- Hard won genuinely rare and structurally significant relationships - You can learn and do a lot here, but have to go get it. Ask, push, impose, put yourself out there - Management is accessible, but again, don't wait to be invited. - Real access and exposure to industry senior leadership, but push/prove yourself to be involved - Small enough you matter, big enough for you to have security

Cons

- Roles and responsibilities need work. Balance between flexible (startup) vs defined (matrix) hasn't caught up with firm growth - Some deadwood, some checked out people - Needs sharper focus on product market fit, prioritization of resources

Pros

As one of the pioneer employees, I’m grateful for the opportunities and exposure I’ve had in helping to build the company from the ground up. The flat hierarchy has provided early access to senior management, allowing me to be closely involved in company discussions and strategic decisions. Working in a fast-paced, evolving environment has taught me the importance of adaptability and flexibility. I’ve had the chance to wear multiple hats and contribute across different functions within the organization. It's been a pleasure working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share similar values and a passion for both DeFi (Web3) and AI technologies. Being part of Marketnode has also encouraged me to continually upskill—whether through professional courses or attending industry events—providing opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals in the field.

Cons

As with many startups, there can sometimes be knowledge gaps between ground-level operations and upper management due to the fast-paced and evolving nature of the business. However, I’ve seen Marketnode take active steps to address this by hiring experienced talent and encouraging continuous development for existing team members. Beyond course reimbursement, the company has introduced in-house training programs that have been genuinely helpful for employee development. Efforts to improve employee well-being have also progressed significantly since the early days, and it's encouraging to see a growing focus on building a supportive and sustainable work environment.

Pros

• Visionary Leadership: The executive team has a clear strategy for building next-generation digital market infrastructure, and they communicate it effectively. • Collaborative Culture: The environment encourages open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and teamwork across departments. • Focus on Innovation: There’s strong investment in technology and engineering excellence, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge solutions in credit, funds, and structured products. • Career Growth: Employees are empowered to take ownership of projects and develop professionally through challenging, impactful work. • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working arrangements and a supportive culture make it easier to maintain balance.

Cons

As the company grows, processes are still evolving, so some ambiguity exists, but this also creates room for creativity.
