Things can change really fast without much warning.

At the end of 2024 a new COO joined the company. I’m fortunate to work in her organization. She has brought integrity, transparency, fun, and genuine care. I literally love my job again and that hasn’t been true for years.

My only con is that she isn’t the CEO!
