You get to make your own schedule, no evenings, weekends or holidays. You can take whatever time off you need as long as you complete all your calls before the end of the month. easy work, works well if you have another job to work around.
Cons
They do not pay drive time, and depending on your territory, you can be driving an hour away. all the time spent driving in between calls aren't paid and that adds up. almost no training outside of conference calls for projects. last minute projects are dumped on you with no training, you're left to figure it out yourself. there is a lot of admin work involved (inputting calls, printing, reading up on new projects) that aren't paid. hardly any hours- you spend maybe 1 hour tops in your stores and without drive time pay you can be out all day and only get paid for about 4 hours. the only consistent project really is the DVD merchandising. once you learn it you're good to go but everything else is random and involves chasing down managers at Walmart for various clients.
