Pros
The company owners go out of their way to consider employees as people first and workers second. They have been great providing flexible work schedules and consideration for our health through the pandemic. They care about their people and don't cut corners. We're currently in the process of building a strong innovative team. Which is exciting and gratifying because the work is looking really good. Happy Hours on the rooftop deck are pretty great! Especially since the team is full of fun clever people. It's also fantastic that I can bring my dog to work.
Cons
Occasionally there are more ideas than organization. Recently there has be an increase in subtle politics that I think led to some employee turnover. Having so many new people means that efficiency is down, so some employees are clearly at capacity right now.
