Pros

There are some bright & nice people, and my last manager was understanding when I had to step back from some responsibilities for health reasons.

Cons

-I had 6 managers in under a year. -Multiple mergers, intense turnover, and a re-org meant unclear and ever-changing processes. It was impossible to predict gaps in knowledge about standards, client history etc as you were onboarded to an account. -I was placed on teams that did not align with my skills or interests as expressed in my interview and there was no opportunity to take on projects outside of my team. The inability to take on a variety of work was completely misrepresented in the interview process for me and others. -My experience and education was constantly dismissed. Someone high in my management structure was especially disparaging for months until I was moved to another team. -There are processes that are unnecessarily manual to the point of adding 15-20+ extra labor hours of work. -There is no office manager in New York, leading to absolutely shocking conditions. This includes trash on the floor, no lockers in a city with no cars, and monitors that fell down and could have hurt someone. -Hours were wildly unpredictable and could be very excessive for how low the pay is. This would be due to completely avoidable situations, like when 10 reports were sold to be delivered on the same day or when I was working east-coast hours and a vendor was told to turn a deliverable around for west coast hours.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, people, remote or hybrid schedule. New leadership has brought fresh energy, better communication and promised changes, but it is hard to have faith that everything will come to fruition.

Cons

The company has been in a freefall spiral for years. Things (processes, leadership, work apps, etc.) change on a dime over and over again. Benefits have eroded. Several rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months.
