Over the period of the last few years unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. The 'executive' team spends so much time in and out of meetings EVERY single day that they are totally missing what's happening with the folks who are actually keeping the company alive.
Middle management (aka micro managers) are so concerned about looking good in these meetings, that even if it means altering numbers to look good to the folks upstairs(the owners and executives), then so be it.
The individuals who deserve pay raises don't get them and the individuals who absolutely do not deserve pay raises get them. It really doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It doesn't take long to catch on to things at MTI…Pay attention.
They hire and fire like it's nobody's business…all the way up to the executive level. Nobody's job is 'safe'. There is definitely no potential for BIG growth & certainly not a place to retire from. If they do move you up the chain (males only , women do not get promoted) --BEWARE -- it's a trap and absolutely not what you think. It just basically means - no pay raise, you are now a slave to MTI and are having to report on fictitious numbers.
When the company was in lake mary, we had a recognition/birthday celebration/company meeting once a month.. That all stopped once we moved to Millennia in 2016. It's very very rare that they call an 'all company meeting' anymore (probably a handful of times in the last 2 years). However, when we had them , it was always a rant of FAKE reasons why things have been going the way they've been going. Downhill.
If you're reading this thinking that I was fired & I am writing this out of bitterness, you're wrong. I willingly left the company. I am simply writing these things to inform anyone wanting some truthful insight.
