Pros

Your not siloed and you get to work on real strategy, analyse data at depth, and see exactly how decisions affect performance. It’s hands on, and you learn fast. Good client mix. A good range of launch brands and big household names, so every day is different. You learn how to pivot from one account to another and think fast. Supportive team where people want to do well and help each other. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and you’re encouraged to speak up with ideas. It’s real work. There’s no “coasting” in this role. If you want to get stuck into actual results driven advertising (and not just push buttons), it’s a great environment. I was a bit surprised when I read some of the old reviews, as they don’t reflect my own experience. My time at Market Rocket has been really positive overall especially when compared to other agencies I’ve worked at, where the team culture was nowhere near as collaborative or driven. People here care about doing a good job which makes a big difference. That said, as with any agency (particularly in the Amazon space) there are definitely high pressure moments that require firefighting. It can be intense at times, but it’s also where you get the chance to develop quickly and build real experience.

Cons

Fast-moving pace. It’s a high-pressure environment, especially during peak periods. Priorities can shift quickly, and there’s a lot expected in terms of accountability and ownership.
