Pros

The people in MOSL are fantastic to work with, and there is a real sense of togetherness in the company. Despite the cons listed, I would still recommend the company, though the management does need to start resolving this soon.

Cons

The company is very poor in planning and sets dates for projects and programmes to be completed without fully understanding how this impacts those involved and whether the dates set out are achievable. This means people have to often work late to deliver and has also resulted in several projects and programmes being delayed. It is also a small company, so whilst there is a really good sense of togetherness, there is little room for career progression within the company

While we are very ambitious as an organisation, we do not expect colleagues to work beyond their working hours.
