Great People, Big Workload - Account Manager Market Hardware Employee Review

Market Hardware was a really well run organization up until the last 6 months or so. Changes in leadership/management have unfortunately created a lot of issues and the company's vision is not as clear as it was previously. It's too bad because the company had so much potential with the previous leadership regime.

New leadership does not appear to be thinking long-term or strategically.

Everyone is willing to work together and help one another to reach their individual goals and to achieve overall success. As a result, Market Hardware is a great company to work for that achieves success as a whole. I look forward to coming into work every day because I love the company I work for as well as its location. Not to mention, the gym membership that our building offers is a perk!

Work load can be steady and then pick up very quickly depending on client requests. It can be difficult to drop what you're doing to work another request and then go back to what you were doing. Having that said, the ability to multi-task and stay calm while doing so is an absolute must.
