      Great people, management supportive of work/life balance, industry leader with employees who are passionate about the ed market and helping clients

      Cons

      Difficult time of transition, lots of butting heads over org structure, difficult for employees to feel empowered. I think with optimism this will improve as the company moves through the transitions and evolves as it must.

      Pros

      Products are education (mostly K12, institution and instructor) data sets for sale to customers who wish to reach that market, including addresses and emails. Also offers consultative services for customer databases, marketing campaigns, strategic, etc.

      Cons

      High pressure, monthly quotas, spotty support for activities, though efforts being directed at more effective training and, hopefully, mentor program? Sales support functions not as formalized as could be, tend to be over-extended database experts.
