      my old coworkers, somewhat flexible schedules

      Cons

      non-competitive pay, lackluster bonuses, lack of training, no investment in employees, some extremely poor managers, blatant nepotism, no fun work culture, not the best quality control, unreal expectations of employees

      Lots of flexibility in schedule Great Benefits (Health, Dental, etc) Socials (Summer Picnic, Golf Tournament, Hockey games, etc.) Coworkers are incredibly friendly and kind Growing in size Many opportunities to learn and grow professionally

      Cons

      Projects aren't always super interesting but you're always learning new things.
