Good place to work, great location, accessible to metro. Organization cares about scholarship recipients. Very good fundraisers.

Very corporate like, not a lot of opportunity to advance within the organization. Senior management very concerened about the image of the organization and less about employees

I could only recommend working here if you are applying as a senior staff position. Junior staff are not treated well and staff hierarchy is rampant here. If you are not applying for a higher position, do yourself a favor and DO NOT work here.
