As part of our commitment to maintaining a supportive and professional workplace, we continue to invest in our people and adapt our policies to meet the needs of the team. During the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, we ensured that all full-time employees remained fully paid and continued to receive their benefits throughout months of government-mandated office closures—something we remain proud of to this day. Regarding leadership, we are actively engaged in a thoughtful and strategic transition. A new Managing Partner has recently been appointed and is working in close collaboration with the current Managing Partner.
