Pros
The company has been 2 years into a transition from a H/W company to a Software company. The company was recently re-branded after the transition was completed and now operates as a pure Software company. Enthusiastic and passionate group of individuals. Has a startup culture, but with several hundred fortune 500 customers. Plenty of growth opportunities - Many roles to be filled. Solid enterprise software expertise in the organization and in the products being built and not just the standard consumer software (social, media etc.) that seems to be the rage. Company seems fairly conservative and not flashy and wasteful.
Cons
Still relatively small team - both a plus and a minus - a lot of work to be done and not enough folks - but provides the right opportunity for growth .
