The pay is shocking, far below London averages! and dont expect any raises or salary reviews anytime soon. Salaries are banded, does not matter how much experience you have. Career progression? Forget it. You wont get promoted no matter how hard you try. There is zero growth.
Senior management are like a secretive clique, no transparency at all. Longtime employees get let go for no reason, longevity means nothing. Your job isnt safe and morale is terrible.
The company is in financial trouble, budgets keep getting cut while workloads pile up. KPIs are just extra stuff on top of your normal role. Support and recognition? Practically none. Hard work doesnt matter, loyalty gets you nothing.
