Pros
People are great. However the amount of changes going on and the recent merger with JBT have many people on their toes. They invest in training programs for employees but that’s if you have any time. They run teams very lean and lots of people are not held accountable.
Cons
Terrible IT systems, the recent restructuring has created more leadership positions and made us ineffective at supporting customers. Do not join this company if you want to be heard, respected, or valued. No work life balance and too top heavy. Senior leaders don’t seem to understand how to solve the problems being faced. Just not a good time to be part of Marel.
