Management is Top-Down Dictatorial style - Leadership is not engaged or supportive or knowledgeable. They do not like to hear about other companies and their best practices. Very, very small company with cliques - sort of like a grown up high school. Do not go there if you want to keep your skills up or continue to grow in your field.

Do not work here. Like others have said, control freak dictatorship type management. They will hold you down. No room for growth. No work life balance and you are never good enough. If you are also part of the minority, expect to be singles out amd picked on constantly. Pay sucks, time off is minimal, no flexibility.
