- Will be understaffed most of the time, resulting in needing help from managers, except that they tend not to help and stand aimlessly in the lobby. - If you ask for a request for the schedule or just any management request period, prepare to have it ignored while the managers get distracted or completely forget, and then never follow up. - Prepare to be underpaid when you work hard compared to your other coworkers. - Management tends to disappear randomly without notice. - Management doesn't communicate with each other, causing misinformation to both employees and customers. - Prepare to be bullied and ridiculed over small mistakes by mainly management.
