      There are absolutely no pros.

      Cons

      The worst boss I have ever had. Offered no training and was an absolute coward the way he went about letting me go. HR is condescending and unprofessional and the whole company is sneaky and just straight up pathetic.

      Pros

      Employees are thoughtful, work hard and do their best for company and customers. Managers are reasonable with employees having health issues.

      Cons

      Pay for non-salaried is well below average or posted on signs , Years go by with no yearly increase. When questioned, employees are told it's not in budget. The few that actually insist may receive a 50 cent/hr increase but hours are cut drastically. We are not Union. Many customers are bullys.
