Pros

Free clothes are the only pro here

Cons

You will get bullied and managed out if you don’t play the politics. Continually increase work load and urge you to chase extra opportunities for the same low pay - management will retaliate if you express interest in a raise or movement to FT. Large gap between corporate and retail stores, everyone has a different vision for the brand making nothing is cohesive. Clientele is extremely hard to work with and often do not buy higher priced items or in larger volume. Commission structure is not a percentage, it is based off of the hours you work and your average sales per hour - PT will be capped at a certain amount (it’s not high) no matter how much you sell and 1 dead hour will kill your commission check. Management has strong favoritism and is NOT inclusive or open to associates having individual style or personality. Many stores have bugs and rats in the stock room and very minimal space for employees break room and personal belongings (also located in the basement)

Pros

Adored my co-workers, enjoyed being in SoHo, fun and unique opportunities to contribute to interesting projects.

Cons

Leadership borders on cruel - undependable, dishonest and gaslighting. Goalposts are constantly moving, no consistent feedback, no mentorship, no guidance. Bosses do not protect their teams. Dog-eat-dog environment, and the worker bees are always at blame. Also, entry-level salaries for senior-level work.
